I recently took my family to Prateria for a little escape, and it turned out to be a nice adventure. Nestled a convenient 51 km from the nearest airport, the journey there set the tone for a relaxed holiday. The welcoming vibe made settling in easy, especially with kids in tow. We enjoyed some good family-friendly activities—like the nature walks that showcased the stunning surroundings, which I appreciated as a mountaineer. The kids loved the on-site farm, where they got hands-on experience learning about sustainable farming practices. It was wonderful to see them connecting with nature and learning about eco-friendliness. In the evenings, we gathered around the common areas, where families could relax and mingle, sharing stories of our day’s adventures. The teahouse vibe certainly reminded me of the warm hospitality I experience in the Himalayas. Prateria provided a perfect blend of comfort and nature, making our family trip refreshing and engaging. I’d recommend it to any family looking to unwind.
